MEET THE TEAM

  Native to Southern Arizona, I'm a highly sensitive empath and a Mom with a deep connection to the spiritual + natural world.  At a very young age, I realized I was intuitive and could heal with my hands.  I've had many experiences with my gifts, some of which were very enlightening moments, and some that were very scary.

I got busy with my life and suppressed my gifts in order to avoid the spirit world as I tried to fit into society.  I spent close to two decades as an Interior Design Consultant, helping my clients create the home of their dreams.  It was fun because I could intuitively sense their desires and the look they were after.  Even if they couldn't describe what they wanted.

Unfortunately, avoiding my true calling caused me to shut down emotionally and spiritually.  This made my highly sensitive empathic abilities spike.  It caused me to seek out ways to numb all those feelings I was picking up, rather than embracing my gifts.  I found it difficult to meet with clients in person, so I went into hiding for a while, and then I realized that avoiding my true calling was deeply hurting me.  When my true spirit woke up, I found myself in the middle of what's called the "dark night of the soul".

After a lot of self-love and meditation, I finally had my spiritual awakening.

Now I’m blending my personal experiences with my Reiki training (hands-on energy healing).  I'm currently expanding my instinctual gifts of healing and intuition, along with formal education in transpersonal psychology, hypnotherapy, and various holistic healing modalities.  I’m learning how to "tune-in" to subtle layers of information from source energy, so I offer intuitive readings as well.
